phoneticText Text Representation of a text textValue using the specified speechToTextMarkup. For example the city name of Houston in IPA: /ˈhjuːstən/.
speechToTextMarkup Text Form of markup used. eg. SSML or IPA.
textValue Text Text value being annotated.
